What Causes Sudden Feeling Of Passing Out?

I have high blood pressure, came home from food shopping, multiple trips of carrying the groceries up the stairs live in a 2 family house also having sinus issues. Was standing in the kitchen when everything turned white and I felt like I was going to pass out.

Hi welcome to HCM,
Subjects with high blood pressure are also more frequently prone to develop low blood pressure or hypotension leading to sensation of dizziness or passing out. This could be attributed to drug related side effects of antihypertensives or due to fluctuations in the neural output of the cardiorespiratory center of brain stem.Regular monitoring of blood pressure twice weekly can help to prevent such attacks.Tilt table testing and a 2 dimensional ECHO of heart can help to diagnose any autonomic dysfunction if any.Drugs like fludrocortisone can help to treat such episodes.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
