General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Considering the complaint and information you gave, you could have a local or systemic problem. It is better if you get a complete eye check-up, followed by a Neurologist consultation for any problems related to the brain. As for the doppler is concerned please go ahead, as interventional studies cause danger than accuracy. Please mention to the consultants about family history if any. Hope it was helpful.
