What Causes Sudden Foaming At The Mouth While Sleeping?

I have been watching my mom for last couple of nights, while sleeping, foams comes out of her mouth. she has high blood pressure, 40% heart block and myocardial ischemia problem. what are the probably reasons that causes foam out of her mouth while sleeping?

1. since she is suffering from heart disease thus consult a Cardiologist for the same, and regarding coming of foam from mouth, it seems to be epilepsy, so consult a Neurologist who will guide you for further management.

2. If you notice the episode again remember:
. not to give anything by mouth and put her in lateral position and clear her mouth of food/saliva/foam and call emergency services.
