What Causes Sudden Giddiness?

my husband is suffering from the problem of sudden giddeness his mri ,city scan report is normal but still he is facing such kind of problem from ten years .he is now takinng eptoin from last fopur years .how much time he will take to get rid from thnis problem

are there associated symptoms along with giddiness like hearing problem or ring sounds in ear or heaviness or pain in ears, neck pain, any heart disease or low blood pressure or low pulse rate etc.
how effective is eptoin for his problem.
Giddiness commonly occurs from ear problems or neck problem.
There is condition called bppv, occurs due to ear problem and patients get sudden get giddiness when head is moved.
I usually prescribes tab vertin 8 mg three times a day to my patient and very effective. you can consult nearby ent specialist as well to rule out ear problems.
Alsoif it's a bppv then various manoeuvre are also effective. Visit nearby doctor to rule out other problems like low blood pressure or heart problems.
