What Causes Sudden Groin Swelling And A Painful Lump?

Hello i woke up from a nap in alot of pain in my upper groin and on my left side and my whole groin is swollen and i have a small very painful lump on left side it is making my entire body ache and my groin is swelling more and more im a 22 year old male and am reasonably healthy what do i do
