What Causes Sudden Headache, Joints Pain And Fever?

My husband started feeling bad this morning. Hurting in his joints, aching all over, headache, fever, skin hurts like over sensitive nerve endings. He felt better a few hours later, but got home and started feeling bad again. Hurts very bad all over, has fever and all that I listed above. Could it be the flu or something else?

I really appreciate your concern, viral infection may be the possibility if I would be the doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed, with advise "Be patience" wait for few days, if the symptoms persist then it may need clinical examination and test hope this information helps.
