What Causes Sudden Heaviness In Head, Syncope And Neck Pain?

I just got up from restin to go upstairs. I felt very heavy going up the stairs and hen nearly fainted. After this, I had pressure in my head and felt my veins throbbing in my neck. I layer down and it went away quickly. My skin was pale afterward and I am still feeling some heaviness.
