What Causes Sudden Heavy Bleeding Like Periods?

At first I was bleeding very light like barely no period lasted like 3 days but like only for like 2 hours a day that s it... Then I got a semi heavy period that im still on for abt 3 days now but I have migraines and a strong sulphur smell to my pee.. But 3 months ago me and a partner I had slept together and we had an uh oh and it kinda scares me.. Is this normal?
