What Causes Sudden Imbalance And Weakness In The Left Leg?
My wifes left leg fails to support her at time it just goe.s limp for no reason at all. she had a heart attack last Dec 30 2016. and fell on her head several times. She had MRI s Exrays Cat scans with out contrast. They all showed nothing. she has been in the hospital 3 different time for this problem.

This can happen due to syncopal attack from fall in blood pressure.
As you say she had a heart attack earlier so the possibility of cardiogenic syncope cannot be ruled out.
I advise you to take her ER room for proper evaluation of heart functions particularly and accordingly she would be treated.
