What Causes Sudden Immobility In The Right Foot?

hi.i recently went to a fotball match with my mates.i came home,and after like 1 hour of sitting in my bed,when i wanted to go to the bathroom,i noticed that my right foot paw i cannot move it up.i dont feel any pain,i dont have any swellings,or bruises.i just cannot move it up
