Hello welcome to HCM. I have read your question and understand your concerns. You have uncontrolled diabetes and blood pressure, secondary to which the blood supply of heart has got impaired which has been evidenced in ecg also. My advice to you is -
1. Ask your doctor about trademill stress test which will clear the doubts regarding reduced blood supply of heart. Then if if is positive then you may require coronary Angiography.
2.The tablets prescribed by your doctor is for heart and blood pressure. So, kindly continue it. I haven't found your diabetes medicines. So kindly see for it.
3.Regular control of blood pressure and diabetes is necessary for further control of heart disease. But at present you need stress test or angiography.
Thank you. Have a nice day.
