What Causes Sudden Increase In The BP?

Dear Sir, I am working in Burundi, as the country is very poor, so there are no such medical facility. so i am in treatment of one of my Indian Doctor. my cholesterol 283, triglycerides 248, hdl 32, direct ldl 215, and Blood Pressure was 160/95, I am using CTD 12.5 & Telvas 40, & Metolar XR 50 (1 Tab Daily) and Rosumac. Now a days my blood pressure is 130/70. What should now, but suddenly its get hike because i am a Fiance Head and some time i have to work of mental pressure. Please advise the good idea.

As 130/70 blood pressure is with in normal range with these medicines. But you are worried with sudden increase in blood pressure whrn you get mentally stressed.
So for that avoid such kind of stresses if possible as that are not good for health.
Start yoga early in the morning, take plenty of fruits, green leafy vegetables, di walking regularly. Take medicines regularly.
These all measures help you to get relief from the stress.
