hi,hope so u r fine i m uroj 5 3 inch 35 yers old marrid lady got married one n half year before last year in jan2012 got misscarige dnc ...aftr that i had gone to doct bcz i ws feeling my weight ws putting day by day so doct sugets me tsh ..it had showde 4.60 level thn some one advice me to go for consult endocronologist since frm i m using eltroxin 50mg ,citanew,calcite ..bt day by day my weight s putting increase i m 70kg now nowso worry abt my weight whnever i use eltroxin tsh level could be in normal range ....0.3..etc according to my lnwledge normal range s 0.02...4.2 now i want to conceive ny have been using some medicine of diferent courses bt no result ...nw dys m feelinh my right hand s feelingless ,,swealing in pain in backache joints...plz tell me how can sto gain? m anxiously waiting of reply m so worry n upsetp wight

Hello,

Your weight gain is not due to hypothyroidism but is due to hormones you have used for fertility induction. The normal TSH range for a female who tries to conceive is 0.4-2.5.
