What Causes Sudden Intense Pain In Tailbone?

I do not recall any injuries but the last few weeks i will have sudden severe tailbone pain that last for several days. I carry a back pack vacuum 6 days a week for 3 to 4 hours a night but i have done this for more then 10 years without problem. What might be going on?

I really appreciate your concern, such tail bone pain could be due to some arthritis condition although chances of this is very rare but it can not be neglected and better to get done the imaging study, no more medicine now hope this information helps.
