What Causes Sudden Intolerance To Fried Foods?

I have just had dinner and from the beginning I have had what I thought was indigestion-= unusual for me although I have noticed it recently with certain foods ( fried things etc although I do generally have a healthy diet. The pains have gradually subsided but I am not sure whether this could be an indicator of a more serious problem or just a warning to watch what I eat

Oily food slows down gastric emptying. If the food stays for long time in stomach it results into gastritis.
