What Causes Sudden Itchy Rash Breakouts?

I am experiencing very bad rashes and breakouts. Very itchy and scratchy. It seems to come on during various times. Sometimes when I take a shower, sometimes when I get cold, and sometimes it seems like for no reason at all. The rashes are all over my body . My age is 59 and a male Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, this could be hypersensitivity reaction most of the time the underlying cause of this condition would be emotional stress, but this can be well managed with "Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day" hope this information helps take care.
