What Causes Sudden Jerks In The Upper Body And Arms?

I ve noticed deepening grooves/dents either side of my skull, from top of my ears along a third of the way round the back of my skull. Also I ve developed a sort of sudden jerk or tick in my hands and now in my arms/torso. Also now my head turns a bit in a jerk with upper body. It s only a small jerk. The jerks in hands are about every minute or two and the upper body in about every 5 or 10 mins. I have strange actions like I find myself going to take a ticket out of top of my phone, or turn it over to the back looking for a page to turn. I find myself reaching for something that isn t there. It s when I have a strange sensation in my head, like another existence or something, I can t describe it. It s been happening for a few weeks/months.
