General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM.

Adderall (amphetamine) is commonly prescribed in ADD. However this drug is associated with several adverse effects. It can exacerbate heart problems, seizures and it can cause visual problems. People who are taking this drug are advised to avoid hazardous and delicate tasks that require mental alertness. As it is a stimulant, it can also cause tremors.

If you are experiencing tremors, I would recommend that you visit your physician for reassessment and/or dose adjustment.

I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions. Have a nice day.

Sincerely,
Dr. Waqas Hayat
