IN the given situation, You seems to suffer from-
Syncope with VBAIS(Vertebro-Basialr Artery Insufficiency Syndrome) due to Cervical Spondylosis
Because of the Cervical Spondylosis, osteophytes at C5,6 cause arterial compression during rotational movements done while changing clothes.
This lead to Syncopal attack-with Vaso-Vagal attack.So you fell on left shoulder,neck,and hip side, which got sore.
The shivers you got were from -
Cerebral Hypoxia caused from Syncope due to
vertebral basilar artery compression during rotational movements.
Pain in legs and lack of strength-were from severe hypotensive muscle hypoxic
injury to calf and leg muscles,during Syncopal attack.
Computed tomographic
Angiography would fix the cause of Compression of Vertebral Basilar Artery Compression during rotation of neck-due to Cervical Canal stenosis with C5/6 osteophytes.
