What Causes Sudden Lightheadedness And Black Spots?

My daughter is 19 years old and was taking a shower last night, she had to stop and sit down... she suddenly was feeling light headed and seeing black spots. She went to bed and said she feels better but was a little shaken up by that last night. What could it be?
