What Causes Sudden Lightheadedness, Hot Flashes And Low BP?
My husband just had a sudden bought of light-headedness with a hot red face, he had to lay down. Pulse is about 85BPM, we are at home, he had two margarita drinks that i made for him, they were rather sweet. We just finished a salmon dinner with sweet potatoes and steamed green beans when this came on.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms typical happens with dyspepsia it is the self limiting one and it may not needs any treatment, unless have some associated symptom like vomiting and fever, still headache can be tried with Tab Acetaminophen with Domperidone as per needed hope this information helps.
