What Causes Sudden Lightheadedness, Nausea And Increased Heart Rates?

I am at work. I was standing there spraying dishes off, and stacking them when suddenly my heart started beating fast; I had a little nauseau, and was lightheaded. I stood there, bent at the waist leaning on the sink, took some deep breaths and after a minute or so, I started to feel better, but then a little tired.

I am so sorry to hear of these symptoms that you have reported. These symptoms seem to have been caused by a transient drop in your blood pressure. It is not uncommon to have minor malaise like this in the upright position. A single malaise really has no pathological significance. I will recommend that you do nothing and only seek medical attention in future if this becomes repetitive.
