Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having sudden loss of vision with black spots lasting for few minutes and this happens when you run.
These symptoms indicate transient ischemia. This requires evaluation to rule out vascular causes causing decreased blood supply. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you
