What Causes Sudden Loss Of Vision?

I all of a sudden lost vision, not completely but very spotted. I got dizzy, thirsty, couldn t read/speak/type correctly, had to urine a lot and then lastly, my right hand went numb. I am on my period, I have not eaten well today, I did ride my bike to and from work this morning (1mile both ways).

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you possibly had a hypoglycaemia episode due to not eating well and lipothymia also. The pain due to period may have also contributed to that situation.
I think you may try to have rest, eat something and drinking a fruit juice.
You can have a painkiller to help you with pain.
I think this situation is going to improve next day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
