What Causes Sudden Lower Back Pain When Diagnosed With E.coli?

I have right low back pain for 4 days. It is moderate and constant pain. I did have a uti with a positive culture (e coli) a few weeks ago and Completed my bactrim about 5 days ago. I also had surgery on a prolapsed bladder and vagina on Nov 23rd 2015. My question is can I have a kidney infection without a uti? I have a normal ua dip and no fever. Just constant pain, very tired and low energy. Thank you Lisa YYYY@YYYY

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, UTI means Urinary tract infection and this includes the kidney also and infection may involves the kidneys too hope this information helps.
