What Causes Sudden Lower Back Pain?
was at home, standing up near a table for lunch, passed a bottle of coke to family member, upon passing the full bottle, at waist height, all of a sudden, an instant lower back pain, been in agony for 2 days now. Never had any back issues before, work in a physical job, in the freight industry, always careful to lift correctly.

It seems that while passing bottle of coke suddenly and speedily there might be having sudden muscular spam might be giving this agonizing pain on back.
Apply Anlagesic cream locally.
Take analgesic, muscle relaxant medicine for 2-3 days.
Avoid giving more stress on back muscles.
