What Causes Sudden Memory Loss, Right Sided Body Tremor And Vomiting?

I had a problem today at work and I dont remember anything from noon till around 6. I know that my boss told me that I kept spacing out, I told her that my body just felt funny, my right side was shaky, I vomited, was complaining about not really being able to feel my legs and have memory loss. Is this something I should be worried about or was it just one of those weird things that happens sometimes?
