General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Sudden vertigo ( dizziness ) that too early in the morning in an healthy individual may be due to .
1 Postural hypotension, as you mentioned that you fell on the bed at once just after getting up . This is the most common cause . Get in physical examination at the time of incident .
2 The next reason may be tinnitus or auditory nerve damage , but possibility is nil because this occurs early in the morning and once a time .
In my opinion this is due to Postural Hypo tension , so consult a physician and get his opinion.
Good luck.
