What Causes Sudden Nausea, Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea After Eating?
I ate a chicken salad sandwich for lunch. As I was eating in the restaurant, I started to experience cramping in my upper abdomen. I didn t think much of it at the time so I finished my meal. Within 30 minutes I had severe cramps from my upper to lower abdomen as well as nausea and loose stools.The cramping is severe.

The symptoms seem to be related to food poisoning. I suggest using anti spasmolytics such as Buscopan three times a day to relieve the spasms.
I also suggest using daily probiotics and drink Pedialyte solution to prevent dehydration.
