General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all, it's sad to know what your husband had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be the onset of some systemic infection or allergic reaction to any content of Mobil oil or dust.

As for this moment, OTC Analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be used along with antihistamines like Cetirizine or Loratadine. For nausea Motility agents like domperidone can be used.

Baseline blood workups may be needed if symptoms persist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
