What Causes Sudden Nausea With Itching And Pain In Ears?

Hello, my name is Nathan Park. All of a sudden when I got up to move I was over whelmed with nausea, and the longer the duratiion the worse it got. And then a little later I scratched my ear because it was itchy, but as I did my ear had a burning, throbbing, tingly sensation. Do you know what is wrong with me?

Might be an ear infection involving inner ear
take a short course of antibiotics
take tablet stemetil for nausea twice daily
