What Causes Sudden Occurrence Of Seizures?

Hello early this morning my girlfriend comes in my bedroom, plops on the bed and then goes into what I think was a seizure. She is currently at the hospital and they cant find anything wrong yet. You have any ideas or questions that can make me feel more comfortable about this?
