What Causes Sudden Onset Of Aggression And Abnormal Behaviour In A Person?

Hai sir i want to ask somthing about my husbad...one week before he went for a bike ride with his frds...then he come back with totaly abnormal bahaviour...like..irregular taking..and suddentely he become agittated... we immedietely admitted in a hospital and they had given sedative .....he takes 3days to come back to normal we and docters suspected he had some drug abuse without knowing ...everthing bavk to normal and he discharge from hos..now he statrted to say he didnt take any drugs....everthing happend becoz of exitment...the reason is that ...he is going to be a father after few months ....yes im pregnent...my doubt is that.....like this exitment can be happend one or not?

It is unlikely excitement per se caused this change. I too would suspect drug use. Another thing I would be concerned about would be a small stroke from an aneurysm in the brain. An aneurysm could bleed with excitement or increased blood pressure which could occur with activity such as bike riding. Metabolic changes from an underlying condition can also do this. Did they do any kind of brain scan when he was in the hospital? Did they do drug testing and check other lab tests? A patient presenting like that would usually have these tests and they could tell if any of those conditions were the cause. Ask the doctors for a definitive diagnosis. An episode like this needs to be accurately diagnosed. Hope this helps.
