What Causes Sudden Onset Of Blurred Vision And Breathlessness?

hi, i am a 20 yr old who has had a sudden onset of blurred eye vision, as well as this i have had breathlessness and tiredness for the last couple of months. i am not a person who faints or feels dizzy but over the last couple of months have been experiencing dizzy patches which are rather intense, can someone tell me what the problem may be?

The common causes are hypotension, hypovolemia, hypoglycemia....
