What Causes Sudden Onset Of Dementia At An Elderly Age?

95 year old woman with sudden onset of dementia. She is highly intelligent, having graduated from college at the age of 89 and has published two books since then. We have ruled out UTI and dehydration. There are no other health problems -- she is in perfect health. What other causes should we consider?
