What Causes Sudden Onset Of Dizziness, Tingling Sensation In The Feet And Lethargy?

Sudden onset of dizziness with tingling sensation in feet, felt lethargic, lightheaded, uneasy like my legs, arms and body was really weak which caused me to become anxious, some heart palpitations, neck pain checking heart rate and beats with my hand. Some slight palpitations, elevated pulse and heartbeat. Nausea of my stomach. Took .5 mg Clonazepam and symptoms subsided and now diarrhea and stomach indigestion, pain in center of chest area (has been on-going) EKG last week on Friday was normal with my cardiologist for check up. Taking 20mg lisinopil 1x morning, Metaprolol Tartrate 25 mg 2x daily, Amlodipine Besylate 5mg 1x in the evening, Paroxetine 20mg 1x morning, .5 to 1mg Clonazepam as needed Omeprazole 2x daily for indigestion, Flonase 1 puff each nostril daily in the morning and Montelukast Sodium 10 mg 1x daily in the morning. I have been running around 133 over 95 BP daily.

Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that diarrhea could be related to a viral infection.

From the other hand, the tingling sensation could be related to an electrolyte imbalance.

For this reason, I recommend checking electrolyte plasma levels and performing a stool analysis for possible infection.

In the meantime, I recommend taking plenty of fluids and have some rest.
