Hey, I ve recently noticed onset of double vision in the afternoon, most noticeably driving home around 4pm. I am hydrated well and eating a good diet with healthy sleep habits. I have no prior eye sight issues and can drive fine in the morning. Only home after work am i finding my eyes going double vision as if I m going cross eyed but can see fine with either eye closed. 29 yr old, healthy active male.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like astigmatism , dry eye , cataracts , macular degeneration or squint . I would suggest you to consult ophthalmologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may order blood tests, a physical exam, imaging studies like computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) . Hope your concern has been resolved.
