What Causes Sudden Onset Of Nervousness When I Lie Down?

I had a stent in the heart 2 years ago following a heart attack. I take only natural supplements with dr approval after 1 year on Brilinta...about 6 ms after stent i noticed when I laid down and simply dozed off I might suddenly awaken with frightening fearful nervousness...relief by getting up ... seems condition only occurs when i am in lying down position... what causes this

Your symptoms are consistent with a known adverse effect of Brilinta. However, they must resolve by itself in a few days. If symptoms persist it is a good idea call your cardiologist if there is another option, but you have to keep using the medication till then.
