What Causes Sudden Onset Of Pain In Heels Of Both Feet?

Hello. About a month ago and all of a sudden I developed a pain in the heels of both feet. A week later the right heel was fine, but the left one still causes me pain early in the morning, at night, and after an extended walk. I m very concerned that this pain has not gone away and quite bewildered as to what may have caused it. Your advice would be most appreciated.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain of heel could be due to arthritis changes this can be managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release tab once in day, better to get done the x-ray study of heel, and if would be nice to get the orthopedic opinion, hope this information helps, take care.
