It is difficult to arrive at a diagnosis with your very brief history.
There are plenty of possibilities like heart attack, arrhythmias, panic attack etc.
In future queries ,kindly add more details like age,gender,history of any medical disorder like diabetes,hypertension etc,duration of the episode, any previous history.
