What Causes Sudden Pain And Swelling On Top Of Foot?

Hi woke up with pain across top foot , almost between 2-3 toes. Like a pulled tendon ... pulling in arch. I don t recall hurting foot .... approx. 3-4 months prior I had similar pain no were near amount pain, I started using a Rower machine ... and felt like I pulled muscles on top both feet 1 more than other ,,, But I could walk on... This time I was not using rower ... I just woke up this way can t put weight on it.. almost 2 weeks now, looks swollen yesterday and today.... asprin tylonel do nothing cant woke on and put LBs. on. not over weight , be active sports all my life but pat 2 yrs not active ...

Hi,
Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have Muscle pulled.
In this situation, I suggest using muscles relaxant like baclofen 3times a days. I also suggest using magnesium supplement over painful area.
I recommend using warm compression over painful area.
