What Causes Sudden Pain And Tightness In Abdomen?

Hello! I have been having bilateral abdominal pain, achy, for about 3 days. It mainly hurts when I have been sitting for a while, and then get up. I can reproduce the pain when I tighten my abdominals. I have not been excercising or had any injuries. I have no other symptoms.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern.

It seems that you have a migraine which is caused by gastritis or with gastric infection. In case you have a acidity, you can take 20 ml of Pepto-Bismo 2 to 3 times a day which will help you.

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you. Feel free to clarify further.
