What Causes Sudden Pain Below The Ankles?

I have sudden pain below the ankle on the exterior of my right foot. no recent injury or overuse. it is not bruised or swollen, but causes pretty significant discomfort/pain when I put pressure on it to walk. does not hurt when sitting and when no pressure is on it.

Take tab nubral fort in bd also use pain killer gell and phsiothrapy take tab diclofenac sodium as well
