What Causes Sudden Pain In Abdomen And Blood In Stool?

Im 53 years old, male, smoke and for a month or so ive had sudden severe cramps. To the point that I almost dialed 911. And last night i noticed what i think is a large amount of blood in my stool. I experience great pain in my intestional area when i cough. Most of the time it hits me very sudden. And i have an insane amount of noise coming from my digestive track area. And can t go in a normal amount of time. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes to poop

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible IBD or inflammatory bowel disease.
In view of the recent bleeding, I would suggest that you should get to a ER urgently.
Once the bleeding is settled you will need to be tested by a colonoscopy and biopsy.
