Hello! Welcome to HCM
Chest pain could be of various reasons. Just to be on safe side, we exclude cardiac pain first. Considering your past history of coronary artery disease and PCI, its very important we should focus on your heart, even when the type of pain is not typical. Cardiac pain is usually generalize, can't be pinpointed, soaring and crushing in character. It's not sharp, doesn't increase with movement and radiates to jaw and left arm.
I would advise you to visit a cardiac specialist. Had an EKG done. Repeat your echocardiography. In my opinion it could be post intervention angina, stable angina or it could be a simple musculoskeletal pain.

Hope i answered your question. WISH YOU BEST OF HEALTH!
