What Causes Sudden Pain In Left Side Of Chest And Below Knee?

I was walking in the office yesterday afternoon and all of the sudden I felt a heat pain in front of my left left, just before below my knee and above my ankle. All afternoon and even while on bed I can feel the pain. Today is still there, very sensitive to the touch. I have not hurt myself at all and not sure what it is...

I really appreciate your concern, inflammatory condition of the knee would be the cause of this and it could be due to disease of injury, and injury may be like that only better to get done the MRI and for the pain Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day can be taken hope this information helps.
