What Causes Sudden Pain In Lower Back And Abdomen?

I been having pain in the lower part of my back , a little in the stomach area it was sudden one day when I woke up it felt like kidney infection but they did a test and it was negative. and they thought it may be kidney stones they took a ct and was negative.

hello,
from the symptoms you have mentioned, you could be having an infection or just a muscular pain.
you need to get a urine test done to rule out a urine infection as well as a yeast infection
you might need to get a spinal xray done if the symptoms are over a prolonged period of time.
you need to be also ruled out for hyperacidity as it can cause stomach pains.
i advised you to see a doctor and get the tests done to rule out.
if infection either be put on antibiotics or antifungals as necessary and if only muscular pain put on pain killers and ointment to apply.
if hyperacidity then be put on anti acids.
