What Causes Sudden Pain In My Right Wrist?

Hi, I woke up yesterday morning with the inside of my right wrist hurting. Today it seems to be a little worse and it looks like it is now a little swolen. It is not red at all. I don t remember doing anything unusual. I did work in the yard a little bit a few days before. Would you have any idea of why this is? Thank you.

Do one x ray of wrist so any facture or hairline facture can see.

Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
You don't mention a type of pain and duration also.
Proper history and physical examination give exact idea.
