What Causes Sudden Pain In Ribs And Navel Area?
What can cause sudden paid clear across the area from just below my ribs to my belly button? It is in the front of my body. I was playing fetch with my dog and the pain started just when I stopped. It has been there for 30 minutes now. Doubling over doesn t help - even seems to be worse.

Difficult to say. If the pain is intense and/or you have a fever, you should go to the ER. If not, wait and watch and see your GP at your earliest convenience.
