What Causes Sudden Pain In The Back, Shoulder And Chest?

Hello- I was just eating dinner at a Mexican restaurant and had sudden back, shoulder, and chest pain/discomfort. It was mostly in the back, actually. I also starting feeling very warm and when I went to the ladies room my face was quite flushed. I had only eaten some tortilla chips with salsa and bean dip and a few bites of my veggie burrito when it started. BUT I kinda chugged my margarita and I don t drink often and I hadn t eaten much today so I assumed that was a big part of the problem. No significant nausea, lightheadedness, dizziness, or tiredness. I left the restaurant and went to the car to lay down and felt much better/mostly normal after about 15 minutes. My main concern is heart attack although I ve never had a heart condition or high blood pressure and I have no chronic medical conditions that I m aware of. I am a 50 year old woman.
